Important Announcement to All Members |
| SCW's
By-Laws require all members (one vote per family) to vote for the Board
of Directors which have been nominated by the Board. In this case, it is
for 4 nominees for 3-year terms. Please click on the
VOTE link
image button shown below. It should take only about 2 minutes and you
need to click on each of the 4 nominees. Voting deadline is June 1 to
give the head teller, Sue Lapin, time to tally the votes and confirm a
quorum. The names of the new Board Members will be announced at the
Annual Meeting. Thank you! |

Jon Strasser has uploaded standard definition
and HD versions of Friday's ice show on YouTube.
The links that you see below are private links
and not public, but individuals can share those
links with whomever they wish.
Due to copyright restrictions, these videos are
not accessible on
mobile devices or internet TVs.
The first link is the standard definition cut -
this will be lower quality due to the
compression required to downgrade the
footage. It is also a smaller file on YouTube
and will probably download and play faster
without stopping. Please click on:

The second link is the High Definition
cut - higher quality - users can adjust the
quality by the icon next to the clock on the
bottom right. However, it's a massive amount of
data and takes longer to load - please be
patient with that one:

Jon will start burning DVD discs later this week
on standard definition since this is the maximum
of what one DVD supports. If you want to watch
HD, go to the YouTube link.
Of note, there are some soloists that
were only present on Thursday or Saturday. Jon
does have that footage and can make those
sections available to those individuals - it
just may take some extra time. You can request
it by
e-mailing him.
You do not have to
leave DVD blanks in Don Thureau's mailbox since
some DVD's that were supplied did not copy. Don
will be contacting those people separately.
Instead, Jon will charge $2 for each DVD which
is essentially cost. You can put $2 in Don
Thureau's mailbox in an envelope with a note
saying who it's for. Please try not to overwhelm
Jon. If you can watch it on YouTube without
having a DVD, please do so.

The default show is the Friday
show. If anyone wants the Saturday show, please leave $2 in an
evelope specifying Saturday's show.
